Darrin graduated in 1998 from Northland Community & Technical College in Thief River Falls, MN with an AAS in Architectural Drafting & Design. Over his 22-year career, his architectural experience includes residential, retail, commercial, worship, industrial and hospitality projects.
The world of building has been in his blood most of his life, working in carpentry and construction jobs in the summers of his high school and college years. Darrin came to the realization that he wanted to be involved in the creative and design side of the building process. "Seeing what I put on paper and progressing to the end result is very rewarding. It gives me a sense of pride when I see a building I was involved in and I can say I was a part of that," he said.
In his time outside of work, you'll find Darrin watching nearly any sport, playing golf, pool or poker, putting puzzles together and spending time with his dogs. Darrin is a diehard Minnesota fan, (pro & college) as much as it pains him.
