Matt Leake

Matt is an Architectural Associate in our Fargo office with several years of experience in the design and construction industry. He is both LEED accredited and NCARB certified, bringing a well-rounded blend of technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, and project coordination skills to the team.

Originally from Grand Forks and now based in Fargo, Matt has contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects, including the Ralph Englestad Weight Room Renovation, UND’s 3 Housing Development, Swanson Hall E-Sports space, and Bears Home Solutions Office—all located in Grand Forks—as well as the newly constructed Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California.

Outside of work, Matt has a wide range of interests, including drawing, 3D printing, and crafting. He’s also an avid runner, soccer fan, and supporter of all things Minnesota sports. When he’s not diving into a new book or board game, he enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling with his wife, Reid.
