Wall World War Memorial
Organized by American Legion Post 246, named in honor of Carroll A. McDonald, the first area casualty from WWII, and VFW Post 9120.
The monument was dedicated on Memorial Day in 1939 and is dedicated to the area Soldiers who served during WWI.
We are honored to help preserve the stories behind these Veterans Memorials. Some memorials, however, have limited historical information available.
If you have a personal connection to a memorial, know someone who does, or would like to share its history, we warmly invite you to contribute. Your stories, memories, and insights help ensure these tributes are remembered and appreciated for generations to come.
Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with any information, photos, or stories you would like to share.
