MOCCASIN CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

The remodel and addition of the existing Clubhouse maximizes natural light and golf course views. The addition of a front canopy shelters members and banquet hall visitors as they enter and exit the building. A new large banquet room will be perfect for all types of private events or meetings. New interior lighting has updated controls, and the exterior building and parking lot lighting is controlled by photocell. The addition of 2 new restrooms and a remodel of existing plumbing fixtures will be provided throughout. Additional exterior seating options provide multiple opportunities to enjoy the warmer summer months, while the interiors give year-round fun for all involved. The project is currently under construction.
