Dr. Nate and Sabrina DeJong, owners of Highest Health Chiropractic, purchased land along 57th Street with the desire to build a partially owner-occupied multi-tenant building. Upon completion, they will be able to not only move their current chiropractic clinic, Highest Health Chiropractic, into the western most tenant space, but also plan for 1-3 additional tenants to occupy the rest of the building. The aesthetics included maximizing natural light originating from several large storefronts, creating an industrial modern feel with concrete floors, open structure ceilings and achromatic color scheme.
