CUFF LINKS

This project is a two-story, mixed-use building consisting of offices/warehouse distribution/and a showroom located here in Sioux Falls. The total size of this building is about 24,600 sq. ft. Cuff Links, a men’s accessory company, will occupy the main floor of this building with a mixture of semi private offices, open collaborative space, distribution area, and a storage/warehouse area. The second floor of this building will be office spaces occupied by RMB (developers we have done multiple project for) and a future tenant as well. A few key features of the project include a ground level patio with gabion walls, two rooftop patios, a two story lobby space with clerestory glass, and the use of solar tubes with built in lighting. As far as materials, a lot of large windows are used to bring in an abundance of requested daylight, including full glass overhead doors. The envelope consists of steel-wood grain cladding, manufactured stone, and a unique EIFS with varying thickness, to break the flatness of the warehouse “boxes”. On the inside of the building, offices and conference rooms will use glass wall systems to bring that natural light throughout the space, as well keep the connections among everyone inside.
