Full design service and construction administration were provided for this upscale, Energy-Star compliant, 331-unit apartment complex in Sioux Falls, SD. The project encompassed 215,919 square feet of underground parking, community center, guest rooms and residential apartment units. Some amenities include an outdoor courtyard with lush landscaping, dog park, media rooms, fitness rooms, office space, outdoor patio, and indoor and outdoor pools. When constructed, the project was the largest complex in the state of South Dakota ever completed at one time.
