Full design services were provided for this 28-unit residential complex. Fitting the need not only for Downtown mortgage properties, but Downtown residential in general, the Signature Companies Residence Town homes brings a contemporary flair to the ever growing city center. These town houses used precedent studies from around the country and carefully interwoven it with the rich historical context of downtown Sioux Falls. Multi-leveled with rooftop decks and gardens, each individual unit has great views of the downtown area. Strategically located on the edge of the downtown proper, each resident is within walking distance of all kinds of amenities. Each unit is constructed with wood framing. The exterior is clad in Brick, Hardboard Panel, and Corrugated Metal. Each exterior element is purposely stretched to help emphasize the verticality of the units. Interior finishes and lighting bring the modern feeling into each unit. A large closet on each floor can be retrofitted with an elevator to allow universal access.
