THREE FOUNTAINS ONE

RMB Associates wanted to move their headquarters to an office building that had an open and airy feel. Ample natural lighting provided from an open corridor with skylights and custom iron railings make Three Fountains One a distinct office building that will make tenants proud to call it their workplace. Site elevations varied 21 feet from West to East. This specific site had a high-water table – the design team dealt with drainage during excavation and construction of the underground parking garage.
