EMMA POGUE

Emma joined Stone Group Architects in the spring of 2025 as a Proposal Writer, bringing a thoughtful approach and a love for storytelling to the team. Originally from Vermillion, SD, she attended University of South Dakota before making her home in Sioux Falls, where she lives with her husband, Roger, and their son Keaton.

Emma’s passion for writing is matched only by her enthusiasm for connecting people through clear, compelling communication. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she plays a key role in crafting proposals that reflect the heart of who we are and the value we bring to our clients.

When she’s not writing, you’ll likely find Emma cheering on nearly any sport—except golf—getting lost in a good book, or traveling with her family. She also enjoys knitting (mostly square-ish dishcloths) and her most important project: raising a good human.
